It’s time to enroll in Yoga Calm for Kids classes. Kelly Martin will be teaching 7 classes this fall from 4:15-5:00pm every other Tuesday.
Drop in for $18 Tuesday, September 27! Class begins at 4:15pm. Bring a yoga mat and a water. This Yoga Calm for Kids class is open to the public for children ages 4-10 (ish) and is taught by Kelly Martin. Sign up here or profile link: https://playroomlubbockyogacalm.as.me/schedule.php
Although yoga has therapeutic benefits and is taught by a counselor/play therapist, Yoga Calm is not a therapeutic class and is open to the public (kids ages 4-10). Register for a single class or multiple classes!
