First up – glassware! We’ll be selling a limited number of these party glasses when we open at noon. 25 bucks gets you the glass and 3 pours. These always move fast so plan to get here early and stay awhile!

Here’s the deets on the first of two special beer releases for this weekend’s ONE DER PAR TEE…
POSITIVE JAM | Hoppy American Wheat
This is a hoppy lil’ beer that put it all down on hop technology and lost nothing it invested. Slammed with Citra and Talus and backstopped with Grapefruit peel, it’s an American Wheat that delivers at every turn. After all, we had to start year two with a Positive Jam.
Brewed in collaboration with our friend Niko Tonks who greatly assisted us in getting the brewery and first couple batches of beer rolling way back in April of 2022.

PARTY BEER #2SMALL STAKES | Small Lager
We brewed our first beer April 21st 2022. We decided to commemorate that with an anniversary beer worthy of the achievement. Obviously, we did a lager. It’s well made, drinkable, and like our first year, will finish sooner than you think. One year isn’t a huge deal but it feels alright, keeps our mind on the page.
Enjoy this Light German Lager all day at our ONEDER PARTEE this Saturday and take home cans to-go!

Here’s the food lineup for the ONEDER PARTEE tomorrow:
We’ll kick it off at noon with Jimenez Tortilleria y Taqueria bringing tacos and chips and salsa.
Then at 5 Tom & Bingos BBQ will bring out the Winnebago to serve up some of the best bbq in West Texas.
Come Hungry (and thirsty).
