Reading Rebels- Young Adult Book Club @ 2nd Chance Books

2nd Chance Books is starting a new book club for young adults called the “Reading Rebels”. This book club will be focusing on banned and/or controversial books that are no longer allowed in most schools.

This will also be a great way to get young readers together! Our first book will be “Flowers for Algernon” by Daniel Keyes, and we have several copies for sale. (First meet is Oct. 2nd.)

About 2nd Chance Books:

Large used bookstore in the works for years and years before opening. Everything is hand-built, including the shelves and software. The stock is extensive, highly selective, and prices are generally low. Everything is very clean and high quality.
